How to bestelle

If you are interested in our products and want to place an order, firstly send us enquiry on product page or contact us by email [email protected], and we will send you our price list.
After that you can make a list of the products or just show the pictures that you are interested in and send it to us so that we can prepare the Proforma Invoice with freight cost and bank account for your checking.
After you receive the Proforma Invoice you can send us the 30% depositor full payment (for small order)using Western Union or Bank Transfer or Paypal
Once we receive you full payment we prepare your goods and ship them out in 1-2 working days.
And we need to know the following information of your order
in) Shipping information – Contact Name, Company name, Detail address, Phone number, Fax number,
b) Product information – model numbers, quantity, pictures
c) Delivery time required
Freight payment (by collect or prepare)
d) Or if you have own forwarder, tell me their contact details

Min Order Quantity

The MOQ for each products is different. Usually it is about 300-500-1000pcs/model.,Each design total mount 500pcs. We can accept the sample order as a trail order, but some items need to check if we have stock .if you meet with our MOQ, you can get some discount

Betelling

We accept these kinds of payments: Cash, Bank Transfer (T / T), Western Union, MoneyGram, and Paypal
Cash payment is only available for the customers those can come to our office or store.
30% in advance balance before shippment. If it is only small payment, u can arrange the full payment to us
In order to short the delivery time, please fax or email us a wire transfer copy once you settle the payment, we’ll arrange production once get that copy and delivery ASAP after full payment done.

Skipfeart

Your orders will be shipped within 1/2 working days from the receiving of the full payment.
Usual order: By express, DHL/ UPS/ Fedex/ EMS etc. It takes 3-5-7 working days to reach u ,and it is door to door fast service
Large order: By sea or By air, and it would not be the first choice, but we can do it after we discuss the details.

Once we ship we will send you the tracking number on next day so that you can track your parcel online.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties if applicable.
