How to Order from China Top Cable
From first enquiry to shipped goods in five steps — factory direct, no middlemen, and a sales engineer on your order from quote to delivery.
The Order Process
- Send an enquiryUse the enquiry form on any product page, or email [email protected]. We reply with our price list.
- Confirm your listSend the models and quantities you want, or just the pictures. We prepare a Proforma Invoice with freight cost and bank details.
- Pay the deposit30% deposit, or full payment for small orders, by bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, MoneyGram or PayPal.
- Production & QCRaw material, semi-finished and finished products are inspected; every piece is checked before packing.
- Shipping & trackingGoods ship within 1–2 working days after full payment; tracking number sent the next day.

Order Terms
Minimum Order Quantity
- MOQ differs per product — usually around 300, 500 or 1,000 pcs per model, with 500 pcs total per design.
- Sample or trial orders are welcome; availability depends on stock.
- Meeting the MOQ qualifies you for a better price.
Payment
- Bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, MoneyGram and PayPal.
- Cash is only available if you visit our office or store.
- 30% in advance, balance before shipment. Small orders can be paid in full.
- Email us the transfer copy once paid — we start production on it and ship as soon as the balance arrives.
Shipping
- Usual orders go by express — DHL, UPS, FedEx or EMS, 3 to 7 working days, door to door.
- Large orders can go by sea or by air; we discuss the details first.
- Shipped within 1–2 working days after full payment; tracking number the next day.
- Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transport mode and destination country. Any customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Quality Check & Warranty
- A dedicated QC team inspects all raw material before mass production.
- Semi-finished and finished products are checked on the line; defective pieces are picked out.
- Every piece is checked again before packing, so you get exactly what you ordered.
- 6 to 12 months international warranty depending on the product, with free replacement of unqualified items.
- Returns must be pre-authorized and in original condition. The buyer covers return shipping; we ship the replacement free of charge.
