Connector and adapter assemblies that sit between two standards: HDMI-to-VGA, USB-to-Type-C, Micro-USB OTG converters, 30-pin dock extenders, 8-pin charge adapters, card readers and AV adapters for phones and tablets. Both cable-style and solid-body dongle formats are available.
Housings are ABS, PC or aluminium; contacts are gold or nickel plated and tested for insertion loss and continuity. We can pre-load EEPROM or handshake chips where the adapter needs to negotiate with the host. Custom moulds start at 500 pcs, standard shells at 100 pcs, with 5–7 day samples.
