DC leads and AC/DC power plug assemblies for adapters, chargers and small appliances: barrel-jack extension leads, cigarette-lighter plugs, clip-on battery leads, and interchangeable tip sets. Barrel sizes run from 1.35 mm to 5.5 mm with 0.7–2.5 mm pins.
Cable gauge is matched to current: 20–24 AWG for 1–3 A runs, heavier copper for 5 A and above. Polarities are marked on the mould and can be printed to your spec. Custom lengths, tip assortments and retail blister packaging from 100 pcs; new moulds from 500 pcs.
