OBD2 Male 16-Pin Wiring Plug Adapter, Blue Shell

$7.00 / pc · MOQ 500 pcs

The blue-shell male J1962 plug for building your own leads: spring-steel pins rated for hundreds of mating cycles, OEM moulds that never wobble, full 16-pin wiring.

SKU: CTC19-4 Category:

The blue male wiring plug is the connector half of a DIY diagnostic lead: a 16-pin OBD II male J1962 shell with wiring terminals inside, ready to take your cable or harness. The shell colour does the sorting on the bench — blue marks the male side at a glance when a build has several connector halves on the desk.

The pins are the spec story: high-quality spring steel so they make contact with the inserted device for hundreds of mating cycles, in high-quality OEM moulds that insure stable sockets which connect every time and do not wobble. Working temperature -30 to 84°C; connector and cable materials RoHS-compliant; pins meeting all vehicle communication standards.

FAQ

How is this different from the black version?

Do the pins really survive hundreds of cycles?
That is the stated design: spring steel maintaining contact force across hundreds of mating cycles.
