USB to XLR Female Microphone Link Cable
$12.00 – $25.00 / pc · MOQ 500 pcs
Plug the mic into the laptop: USB 2.0 to XLR female link for recording vocals, guitar and instruments. Plug-and-play, Mac and Windows. Condenser mics need a sound card.
- Description
Recording used to mean a sound card and a stack of adapters. This link cable shortens the path: a USB 2.0 male plug on the computer end, a 3-pin XLR female socket on the microphone end, so a dynamic mic, a guitar or any instrument with an XLR output plugs straight in and records — no interface box in between.
It is plug-and-play on all common computers, compatible with Mac OS X and Windows from 98SE through 8 and later. One honest prerequisite that matters before you buy: condenser microphones need an independent sound card to supply bias and preamp gain — this cable carries the signal; it does not replace phantom power or a preamp. With dynamic mics and instruments, it records high-quality digital audio from the first plug-in.

FAQ
Will my condenser microphone work directly?
Not on its own — condensers need bias and preamp gain from an independent sound card or interface; with that in the chain, the cable connects normally.
Does it work as a general USB adapter?
No — it is an audio link for XLR-out devices into a computer as a recording device, not a data or charger cable.
