Nissan 14-Pin to OBD2 16-Pin Adapter, 0.4 m

$8.50 – $15.00 / pc · MOQ 500 pcs

Nissan’s 14-pin port to a 16-pin scanner in 0.4 m — 4-pin pass-through, Consult III-class compatibility, and honest limits printed in the FAQ.

SKU: CTC7793 Category:

Nissan ran its own 14-pin diagnostic interface for years, and the shop’s 16-pin tools still deserve to work on those cars. This 0.4 m adapter carries the Nissan 14-pin male head on the car side and an OBD2 16-pin female socket on the tool side, with a 4-pin pass-through that covers the power and protocol lines most readers need — compatible with tools of the Nissan Consult III class.

The build is RoHS-compliant, weighs 90 g and works from -30 to +80 °C. The honest part, printed here rather than buried: due to the OBD-II and port limitations only part of the pins connect — power supply and older protocols usually pass, but some advanced diagnostics may not function, and pre-1996 OBD-1 cars are outside what any general OBDII scanner handles over this cable. Check the pin-out against your device’s manual first; we help match it.

FAQ

Will advanced diagnostics work on my Nissan?
Partially — power and common protocol lines pass, but the 4-pin pass-through may not carry every advanced function. Check your tool’s manual pin-out against ours first.

What about pre-1996 cars?
OBD-1 predates the standard and current is limited to 12 V there — general OBDII scanners will not meaningfully work; we will not pretend otherwise.
