This cable is rated for 5 A: corrosion-resistant tinned copper conductors inside a triple shield of aluminium foil, braid and drain wire, chosen for maximum conductivity and minimal loss on the way to the battery. The jacket is durable braided nylon, and the connector count includes the full mate series through the P10 generation and later.

The honest part is the printed compatibility list. Full-speed charging covers Huawei Mate 10/10 Pro/9/9 Pro/Porsche Design and P10/P10 Plus, plus standard-speed devices from Galaxy S8/Note 8 through HTC, LG, Sony, Xiaomi and ZTE models. Phones such as Nexus 5X/6P, Pixel 2 series, Lumia 950 and OnePlus 3/3T/5 charge at limited speed. The Nintendo Switch console charges; its dock is not supported — a line we print rather than let buyers discover.

Why is the dock excluded for Switch?
The dock needs a video-capable PD lead; this is a charging build. The console itself charges normally on it.
