An honest compatibility note: not every Type-C device outputs analogue audio through its port — some phones and laptops route audio only through digital USB audio or an internal DAC, and a passive adapter stays silent on them. Confirm your device supports 3.5mm-over-Type-C (most listed mid-range phones of the Type-C audio era do) before ordering; we can verify against your model at sampling.
