No — this is the Knorr/Wabco diagnostic socket, not the lighting/power trailer plug. They look similar; check the location (diagnostic sockets sit on the trailer body near the EBS unit).

Tools with trailer-module coverage (WABCO/KNORR-BREMSE diagnostics). The adapter connects; coverage is the tool’s job.
