OBD2 16-Pin Male to Female Extension Cable, 1.5 m

Under the dash, the OBD2 port sits where legs kick it and scanner cables jam against the knee bolster. This extension cable moves the socket to where the work is: a straight J1962 16-pin male head plugs into the car, the female socket hangs at the end of 1.5 m of cable, and every one of the 16 pins travels straight through — power, grounds and all communication lines, pin to pin.

The build is rated for 12 V vehicle systems, with plastic connector housings that seat firmly in both the port and the plugged-in device. It suits code readers, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi ELM327-class adapters, GPS trackers and DVR power taps that need a stable socket within reach of the seat.
