SAE J1939 9-Pin 1 to 2 Splitter Y Cable, 0.2 m
$19.00 / pc · MOQ 500 pcs
Two devices, one 9-pin socket: the J1939 splitter that leaves the scanner plugged in while the body-builder monitor or telematics box rides the same bus — 0.2 m, RoHS, −30 to +80 °C.
- Description
Heavy trucks grew up with one 9-pin Deutsch diagnostic connector and a growing list of devices that want it: the code reader, the fleet telematics box, the body-builder display, the ISOBUS implement controller. This splitter multiplies the socket: one J1939 9-pin male feeds two female heads, so the scanner and the permanent device run on the same bus at the same time — and nobody unplugs the telematics box to hook up a code reader, which is how telematics subscriptions get cancelled.
The 0.2 m legs keep the split tight behind the dash; connector and cable materials comply with RoHS, and the working temperature of −30 to +80 °C matches the environments a truck harness lives in, from winter yards to engine-heat soak. The splitter passes the J1939 bus pins through to both heads for diagnostic, monitoring and display duty.

| Outputs | 2 × J1939 9-pin female |
| Length | 0.2 m |
| Temperature | −30 to +80 °C |
Typical applications
- J1939 CAN bus diagnostic units on trucks
- Body-builder CAN bus monitors sharing the socket
- Industrial engine display units and ISOBUS devices
- CAN gateways, bus simulators and code readers
Fitting takes seconds — the male head seats into the vehicle’s Deutsch socket with the same positive latch the factory plug uses, and each device connects to a female head with its own cable. For shops, keeping one splitter per diagnostics bay removes the daily unplug-replug cycle from the telematics unit entirely.
An honest note on bus loading: passive listeners and one active scanner coexist fine; if both connected devices actively transmit on the bus, verify with your device manuals that they are meant to share it — a splitter is wiring, not arbitration.
